This Return, Exchange & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the online store operated under Domariocasa (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). 1. Return & Exchange Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 28 days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the product condition and situation.

Returns or exchanges may be accepted under the following conditions:

3. Return Procedure

Each order includes a prepaid return label enclosed in the original package. This return label must be attached to the outside of the parcel when sending it back to ensure proper identification and faster processing.
Upon receipt, the returned item will be inspected before final approval of the refund or exchange.
4. Exchange Process
If an exchange is requested, the same initial steps apply. Customers must contact support with order details and relevant documentation.
After approval, return instructions will be provided.
Once the returned item has been received and verified, the replacement product will be shipped within 2–3 business days, along with a shipping confirmation.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation of the return.
Depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the funds to appear in the account.

No additional handling fees are charged for return or exchange processing.
