Order Cancellation Policy

This Order Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through Domariocasa (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). The purpose of this policy is to explain how cancellation requests are handled and how eligible refunds are processed.

Cancellation Eligibility

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed to ensure timely fulfillment. As a result, cancellation requests can only be accommodated under specific circumstances.

An order may be eligible for cancellation if:

  • The request is submitted within 48 hours of the order being placed;

  • The order has not yet entered the shipping stage;

  • Shipment information has not been generated or assigned.

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to a carrier, it can no longer be canceled.

If the order has already shipped, customers may contact us after delivery to inquire about available return and refund options. 

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible.

When submitting your request, please include:

  • Order number;

  • Name used for the purchase;

  • Email address associated with the order;

  • Proof of payment or transaction reference, if available.

Providing complete and accurate information helps us review requests more efficiently.

Review and Confirmation

After receiving your request, we will verify the current status of the order.

If the order qualifies for cancellation, confirmation will be sent to you by email, along with details regarding the refund process. If the order is no longer eligible for cancellation, we will notify you and provide information about the next available options.

Refund Processing

Approved cancellations will be refunded using the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are typically issued back to the same card or payment account associated with the purchase.

Depending on the processing time of the financial institution, funds generally appear within 2–3 business days after the refund has been initiated.

If you do not see the refund after this period, please contact us for further assistance.

Order Status Limitations

Certain orders may move into fulfillment shortly after placement. In these situations, cancellation requests received after processing has begun may not be successful.

For this reason, customers are encouraged to contact us promptly if they wish to modify or cancel an order.
